Records Management Office

The Records Management Office (RMO) is responsible for overseeing the organization, storage, and retrieval of all university records. This office ensures that records are maintained in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while also promoting efficient management and easy access to important documents.

The RMO operates under the direct supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, ensuring the implementation of policies related to records retention, confidentiality, and data management.
