Human Resource Management Office

The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the university. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The office ensures that the university attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.

The HRMO operates under the direct supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, implementing policies and procedures related to staffing, employee development, and overall workforce management.
