Administrative Units

The Administrative Unit is responsible for supporting the university’s operational functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of administrative processes and services across the institution.

The Administrative Unit consists of the following key offices:

  1. Human Resource Management Office (HRMO)
    Manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions to ensure the university attracts and retains a skilled workforce.

  2. General Services Office (GSO)
    Handles the maintenance of university facilities, including cleaning, security, and other support services to ensure a safe and well-maintained campus environment.

  3. Procurement Unit (PU)
    Oversees the university’s purchasing activities, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a cost-effective, timely, and transparent manner.

  4. Records Management Office (RMO)
    Manages the organization, storage, and retrieval of university records, ensuring compliance with data management policies and legal requirements.

  5. Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO)
    Responsible for managing university supplies and assets, including inventory control, purchasing, and asset distribution.

The Administrative Unit operates under the direct supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, ensuring the effective implementation of policies and procedures related to administrative functions.
